Existing Users

The registration code is unique to each user. It was sent to you in an email. If you do not have your registration code contact VBOA at (804) 367-8505 or boa@boa.virginia.gov The registration code will be sent to the email address found on the user record.
If you are an existing licensee or exam candidate, your information should return when you click Search. However, if your information does not return do not re-register. This will only create a new record that will not be associated with your previous record. Call the VBOA at (804) 367-8505 for assistance.
