You must create a username and password first in order to apply for a firm license.
New firm license
If you are applying for a NEW firm license, please enter NEW in both the License Number field and the Registration Code field.
Existing firm license
Please enter the License Number and your registration code .
The registration code is unique to each firm user. It was sent to the firm contact email. If you do not have your registration code contact VBOA at (804) 367-8505 or boa@boa.virginia.gov. The registration code will be sent to the email address found on the user record.
If you are an existing firm, your information should return when you click Search. However, if your information does not return do not re-register. This will only create a new record that will not be associated with your previous record. Call the VBOA at (804) 367-8505 for assistance.
